An idyllic park in Jena that invites you to linger and relax. The approximately 3-hectare park in Jena-Drackendorf was laid out in the second half of the 19th century as an English landscape garden. Two huge oaks, a copper beech and a tea house built on the grounds are particularly distinctive for the Goethe Park. The park was initiated by Baron von Ziegesar, whose daughter maintained a friendship with Goethe. The plans for such a green area are said to have come from Goethe himself.

Un parc idyllique à Iéna, qui invite à la détente et au repos. Le parc d'environ 3 hectares à Iéna-Drackendorf a été aménagé dans la deuxième moitié du 19ème siècle comme un jardin paysager à l'anglaise. Deux chênes géants, un hêtre sanguin et une maison de thé érigée sur le site sont particulièrement marquants pour le Goethepark. Le parc a été réalisé à l'initiative du baron von Ziegesar, dont la fille entretenait une amitié avec Goethe. Les plans d'un tel espace vert auraient été élaborés par Goethe lui-même.

Ein idyllischer Park in Jena, der zum Verweilen und Entspannen einlädt. Die ca. 3 Hektar große Parkanlage in Jena-Drackendorf wurde in der zweiten Hälfte des 19. Jahrhunderts als englischer Landschaftsgarten angelegt. Besonders markant für den Goethepark sind zwei riesige Eichen, eine Blutbuche und ein auf der Anlage errichtetes Teehäuschen. Der Park wurde von Freiherr von Ziegesar veranlasst, dessen Tochter eine Freundschaft mit Goethe pflegte. Die Pläne für solch eine Grünanlage sollen von Goethe persönlich gekommen sein.
